Thesis

Research for a Masters of Literature was undertaken at the School of Archaeology, University College Dublin, from September 2016 to September 2021. The research focused on lithic material that was recovered from Chalcolithic and Bronze Age settlement sites in the provinces of Leinster and Munster. A key focus of the thesis is a review of international sources on bipolar reduction. As the project developed, a review of lithic analyses was incorporated.

The publication is available here.

The thesis can be downloaded here: Volume 1 and Volume 2.
